CIRCULAR

This is for the general information for all concerned that while registering the land in the declared urban centers Nu.1 /- per sq.ft shall be levied for all categories of land. This applies to all new registration irrespective of source of acquisition e.g. government allotment, inheritance, sale, gift etc. This charge is over and above the transfer fee; demarcation fee and site plan cost.
