PAST, ON-GOING AND FUTURE PROJECTS IN GELEPHU

This section gives a summary of the development projects during the Eight and Ninth Five Year Plan periods, along with other long term proposals. This helps us to understand the developmental activities taking place within the town in the past and future.

The Structure Plan includes an Investment Plan for the future infrastructure development. Two Local Area Plans, using land pooling have been completed. They must be technically laid out by competent surveyors. This will involve the demarcation of plots, roads and public lands.
