The Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued to the above shortlisted firms on 26 March 2007 by the Executing Agency (EA) .
The closing date for submission of Proposals is 10 May 2007 upto 1700 hours Bhutan Standard Time ( BST)
The Department of Urban Development and Engineering Services,(DUDES), Ministry of Works and Human Settlement, (MoWHS), is the executing Agency, while the Implementing agencies are, (i) Phuentsholing City Corporation (PCC),(ii) Thimphu City Corporation (TCC) and (iii) Dagana Dzongkhag Administration.
