NOTIFICATION

This is to inform to all the plot owners falling within the local area network plan that is , from Haat Market in the south to Gelephu Dratshang (Tali) in the East and Gelephu-Trongsa highway in the north for Plan No.1 and from just beyond Namcha Workshop above Gelephu-Trongsa highway till rough road (behind Gup's office going towards round tank) in the east and below channel No.1 in the North for Plan No. 2, to attend the meeting on 3rd March, 2005 at 9:30 AM at GSA Hall in Gelephu for discussion and finalization of the Local Area Plan.

All the land owners falling within the above specified area are requested to be present with relevant land ownership documents without fail.

Please note that the Dzongkhag Administration will not stand responsible for any further land related disputes arising from the non participation in the meeting in future.
